Hi, I’m Justin. I am an accredited Addiction Counsellor and Life Coach, with many years of experience dealing with Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling. I totally understand the number of times you have said to yourself, ‘This will never happen to me again’, but it does. Feel free to give me a call if you are looking for advise or you want to make changes in your life. I hold 1:1 Counselling sessions in Athlone and Galway.
Counselling can help by offering you a safe and confidential place to talk, face to face, with someone you can trust. A chance to be listened to without being judged. A place where you can feel free to express your true feelings, know that you will be accepted, and that your perspective will be understood, maybe for the first time.
Because of the nature of some peoples preferences, I am beginning an online counselling service by using video calling technology. This will allow you, or a loved one, to receive counselling from the comfort of your own home. Thanks to this advancement, many people who previously may not have availed of counselling can now do so. This can be arranged by making a booking on site or through the details in the Contact page. Let's Zoom!

I am currently a member of the National Health and Wellbeing Committee for the GAA recently set up by Croke Park. I am also the Health and Wellbeing representative for Connacht .
I played Hurling for Galway at all codes from underage to Senior level. I have recognised that people who play sport can also have many personal issues that interferes or interupts their sporting careers. I work closely with GAA/GPA Counselling services.
I work in a number of areas at present. Athlone, Roscommon and Galway.
